Product Description

PP is a polymer formed by addition polymerization of pro.pylene. It is a white waxy material with a transparent and light appearance. The chemical formula is (C3H6)n, the density is 0.89~0.91g/cm3, It is flammable, with a melting point of 189ºC, softening at about 155ºC, and the use temperature range is -30~140ºC . It is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkalis, salt solutions and a variety of organic solvents below 80°C, and can be decomposed under high temperature and oxidation.

Application

Mainly used for automobile, electrical parts, all kinds of containers, furniture, packaging materials and medical equipment; 8%-15% film, 8%-10% polypropylene fiber (commonly known as polypropylene fiber in China); Pipes and plates used in construction account for 10% ~ 15%, others 10% ~ 12%. At present, the amount of woven products in China accounts for 40% ~ 45%, followed by film and injection products accounting for about 40%; Polypropylene and other accounts for 10% ~ 20%.

Transportation together with toxic, corrosive and flammable substance is strictly prohibited.
