Product Description

Polyphthalamide (PPA) resin is a semi-aromatic polyamide with terephthalic acid or phthalic acid as the raw material.
PPA Features and Applications:
High temperature resistant nylon PPA thermal deformation temperature up to 300°C, continuous use temperature up to 170°C can meet your short and long term thermal performance.

PPA resin reinforced with glass has high HDT value and can withstand short-term action at high temperature.

Flame retardant PPA has excellent electrical properties, high HDT value, high bending modulus at high temperature, and can process long thin-walled parts with minimal overflow, so it is suitable for making switchgear. Fittings, brush seat and motor bracket.

Mineral filler grade PPA is used for reflective surface and gold-plated applications, including automotive headlights, decorative fittings and hardware.

The impact modified PPA without enhancement has excellent equilibrium mechanical and high temperature properties. Exceptional toughness and these properties are minimally affected by humidity. Applications include oil field components, military supplies, sporting goods, fan impalers and gears, and personal safety products.
